Another minor update fixing minor tyhings:

Wording fixed in a few spots.

Corrections made to the following archetypes to fix equipment point budget:
Cyber Knight: Ice Cannon, Environment Sealed armor, Goggles (Thermal), Goggles (Telescoping), Auto-Med Kit, 2x Discord grenades added to gear listening
Gunslinger: Flash Grenade added
Soldier: Telescoping Goggles removed
Spy: Cyber Eye removed
Technomage: Mithril focus removed and mithril limb added, added in Sweep Drone and Discord Bomb Drone

Removed a duplicate Spell Steal from basic spells.
